Return Process and Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Star Graphic Supplies guarantees 100% satisfaction with your orders and will accept the return of products that are not to your expectations. All product returns must follow the processes and conditions outlined below.

Cancellations and Fees

All order cancellation requests must occur within 24 hours of the order. After 24 hours, the order is considered closed, and any subsequent refunds or returns must follow the standard return process. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. All order refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the products at Star Graphic Supplies or at the manufacturer's facility.

Return Materials Authorization (RMA)

To request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, please fill out the Contact Us Form and indicate the reason for the requested return.

An RMA number does not guarantee credit will be applied to your account, as all products are subject to final inspection. Products returned without an RMA number will be evaluated, and any credit issued is solely at the discretion of Star Graphic Supplies.

Eligibility and Deadlines

Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date or no credit will be applied. Non-Eligible Items: All special order or manufactured products—including PMS inks, custom-cut blankets, and plates—are not eligible for refund or return.

Shipping and Packaging Requirements

All products are to be returned with shipping prepaid by the customer unless otherwise authorized. Products must be returned in the original packaging, packed securely inside a protective outer shipping carton. Products returned in a damaged state will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued.

Star Graphic Supplies will pay for return shipping on all products incorrectly sent by the Dealer or Manufacturer.
