Return Process and Policy

Star guarantees 100% satisfaction with your orders and will accept return of products that are not to your expectations.  Product return must follow these processes and conditions.

  • All order cancellation requests must occur within 24 hours of order. After 24 hours the order is considered closed and refunds or returns are to follow the processes below.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • All order refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the products at Star or at the manufacturer's facility.
  • To request a A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, please fill out the contact form and indicate the reason for the requested return.  Contact Us Form
  • A RMA number does not guarantee credit will be applied to your account, as products are subject to final inspection.
  • Products returned without obtaining a RMA number will be evaluated and any credit issued is solely at the discretion of Star.
  • Returns must be received within 15 days of RMA issue date or no credit will be applied.
  • All special order or manufactured products, including PMS ink, custom-cut blankets and plates, are not eligible for refund or return.
  • All products are to be returned with shipping prepaid by the customer unless otherwise authorized by Star.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, packed inside a protective outer shipping carton.
  • Products returned in a damaged state will not be accepted and no credit will be given.
  • Star will pay for return shipping on all incorrectly sent products from the Dealer or Manufacturer.
