Return Process and Policy
Star guarantees 100% satisfaction with your orders and will accept return of products that are not to your expectations. Product return must follow these processes and conditions.
- To request a A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, please fill out the contact form and indicate the reason for the requested return.
- A RMA number does not guarantee credit will be applied to your account, as products are subject to final inspection.
- Products may not be returned after 60 days from date of receipt.
- Returns must be received within 15 days of RMA issue date.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- All special order products, including PMS ink, are not eligible for return, unless a prior approval has been provided.
- Products returned without obtaining a RMA number will be evaluated and any credit issued is solely at the discretion of Star.
- All products are to be returned prepaid by an authorized carrier in its original packaging, packed inside a protective outer shipping carton.
- Products returned in a damaged state will not be accepted and no credit can be given.
- In the case of a incorrectly ordered product by the customer, Star will waive the restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Star will pay for return shipping on all incorrectly sent products from the Dealer or Manufacturer.
