Removes All Three Types of Glaze in One Application
Varn® Specialty Chemical: Cleaner & Rejuvenator
Use Varn® Triple Threat Deglazer followed by a Varn water-miscible wash and water to completely remove all three types of glaze that can damage rubber rollers and limit your pressroom quality. Weekly use of Triple Threat Deglazer will prevent production problems associated with the build-up of ink particles, spray powder, paper lint, calcium and gum glaze. Triple Threat Deglazer reduces down-time, increases productivity and lowers inventory costs.

Rollers: 1. Remove all ink from roller train with a recommended Varn® blanket wash. Spray the wash into ink rollers, run press up to 500 fpm (feet per minute), apply wash-up pan blade to the rollers to collect ink and solvent (3-5 minutes), and back off wash-up blade. 2. Apply Varn® Triple Threat to ink rollers. Run for five minutes. Varn® Triple Threat should cover all rollers. 3. Rinse out Varn® Triple Threat with hot water. Apply wash-up blade to rollers to remove solutions.
Blankets: 1. Wipe ink off blanket with the blanket wash. 2. Apply a 50-50 mix of Varn® Triple Threat and hot water to the blanket. Wipe mix into blanket and work into the blanket for several minutes. 3. Rinse Varn® Triple Threat mix off of blanket with the blanket wash
