Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

We have a specific process to help you get your order right.

Follow this simple guide to ensure all necessary details are included to start your project promptly.

Step 1: Find Your Products

Search for specific items or browse through our product categories. Click on any item to view technical details and specifications.

Step 2: Choose Your Options

Select your required options, such as size or material.
For Ink Orders: You must type your PMS Color Number into the provided box. Please double-check the number for accuracy before proceeding.

Click Add to Cart. A pop-up will appear allowing you to continue shopping, view your cart, or proceed directly to the checkout screen.

Step 3: Start Your Checkout

  • Email: Enter your preferred email address for order correspondence.
  • Account: You may log in to an existing account, create a new one, or select "Check out as Guest."

Note: If you need to add more items, a link is available on the screen to return to the shop.

Step 4: Shipping and Account Numbers

Enter your shipping address and review the following shipping cost options carefully:

  • Option 1 - Standard STAR Shipping: Select this to have the calculated shipping cost added to your order total.
  • Option 2 - Use Your Account: Select this ONLY if you wish to have shipping billed to your UPS or FedEx account.
    • REQUIRED STEP: You must enter your UPS or FedEx account number in the Order Comments box directly below this section.
    • We will provide your account number to the manufacturer, and they will use it when they create the shipping label.

Shipping is NOT FREE! If you select Option 2, the price will show $0 on our site because you are paying the shipping cost directly using your own account. Note: If a product explicitly indicates free shipping on the product page, it will be shipped with no shipping applied automatically. Other products on the same order will have standard shipping calculated and applied.

Step 5: Coupons and Payment

  • Coupons: If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the coupon box before proceeding to payment.
  • Payment: Enter your credit card or preferred payment information.

Step 6: Terms and Place Order

Terms and Conditions: You must click the checkbox to agree to our terms. This is required to process your order. Once checked, click the button to place your order.  Additional info for review: Terms of Sale

Step 7: Check Your Email

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email to confirm that we have received it.
