Varn® Wash V-324

Conventional Water-Miscible Press Wash for Heatset Web Presses
Press Wash: Water-Miscible

Varn®Wash V-324 is a conventional water-miscible press wash designed for use as
either a hand wash or in an Oxy Dry™ brush system. Wash V-324 provides excellent
cleaning without swelling most rubber compounds.

• Minimal swelling of blankets and rollers
• Meets definition for non-photochemically reactive solvents

Directions:
For best results, allow product to reach room temperature before using. Use
as is or mix with up to 50% warm water and shake until milky emulsion forms.
Apply directly to rollers until clean. Saturate rag and thoroughly clean blankets.
Note: Follow automatic blanket systems manufacturer’s instructions. Mix as
follows to achieve 500 g/l VOC as applied: 5 gallons of product mixed with
3 gallons of water (38% water to 62% wash). Not intended nor suitable for
reduced VOC applications below 500 g/l.
