Standard Screen Room Application Procedure

STEP 1: PREP & COAT
Thoroughly degrease mesh. Apply 1 coat to the print/substrate side, then 1 coat to the squeegee side (1x1 or 1x2 for heavier plastisol deposits).
STEP 2: DRYING
Store coated frames horizontally, print side down, in complete darkness with active airflow. Maintain temperature below 105°F (40°C).
STEP 3: EXPOSURE
Place film positive flush to the emulsion. Expose with UV LED (approx. 20–40s) or Metal Halide. Use a 21-step sensitivity guide for calibration.
STEP 4: WASHOUT
Mist both sides with water. Let dwell 60 seconds to soften unexposed stencil, then wash out with a pressure washer until design clears completely.
