Beta Industries 10-Day Free Trial Policy

Beta is pleased to offer their products to you through their 10-Day Free Trial Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the product anytime during your trial, you can return the product, and your purchase price will be refunded*.

Please note the following when ordering any Beta product using the 10-Day Free Trial Policy:

• The 10-Day Trial time period begins when you receive the product as verified by tracking provided by common carriers (Federal Express, UPS, etc.), and does not include shipping times to and from their destination. Regardless of how long it takes to get to you or to get back to us, these times are not included in the 10-Day Trial Period.
• The 10 days are calendar days and not business days, and weekends are included.
• All 10-Day Trials must be specifically ordered as trials at the time the trial is made through the "Trial Option" on the ordering page. Items not ordered specifically as "Trials" and returned to Beta Industries may be subject to 25% restock fees.
• If you are not satisfied with your trial, you must contact Star Graphic Supplies (call or email - see below) before the end of the trial period, and you must request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Star will give you the number, and you will ship the product back to Beta Industries directly.
• Once Beta Industries receives the product and it is confirmed to be in 100% working order, the price you paid for the product (only) will be refunded in full.
• If you do not request to return the product during the 10-day trial, you will own the product 100%, and no return is then allowed.
• Costs for shipping the product back to Beta Industries are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your return shipment for the full replacement cost.
• While most items are available to you for immediate shipment, items not normally kept by Beta Industries as stock items that need to be ordered specifically for your trial may be substituted with a comparable variant of this item(s) for the purpose of your evaluation of the product after discussion and notification to you.
• Please note that not all products may be available for trial. Contact us to inquire about a specific product if it is not listed as available for the trial.
