Super Concentrated Water Miscible Blanket & Roller Wash

The nature of the resulting emulsion is such that oil and water-based contaminants are pulled from the rollers and blankets at a faster/deeper rate than with standard press wash. Removes ink, paper coating, paper glaze, dried gum, friction glaze, oil and water-based surfactants. Lowers VOCs. Dries like a standard press wash. Less solvent comes in contact with the roller and blanket compounds. With 60% water added, each gallon of Hydro Wash produces 2.5 gallons of wash.

Direction For Use

Designed to be mixed with 25% to 60% water. Start with a 50/50 mix, adjusting the water percentage as needed. Shake well before use.

• As a Roller Wash: Squirt on top roller of the ink train. Allow the wash to work in, adding more if necessary. When all the ink appears to be emulsified, engage the cleanup blade or wash-up device. Finish wash-up by flushing with more cleaner until all the ink is removed. Follow with a water wash.
• As a Blanket Wash: Pour a liberal amount onto a clean shop towel or rag. Wipe over the entire blanket until clean using a side-to-side motion.
