Genie-Affinity is designed for use as a start-up and wetting agent for use with GenieJet Polyester InkJet Plates and Platemaking System

How It Works: A Simple 3-Step Process

Image Your Plate:

 Using a standard Epson inkjet printer, the GenieRIP software images your file directly onto an 8 mil GenieJet Polyester Plate. These tough, film-grade polyester plates make it easy to register spot color accurately.

Dry Your Plate:

 The imaged plate is passed through a simple, low-cost plate dryer (a laminator will do the job). No complex processing, no developing, and no fixing chemicals are require

Print Your Job:

 Just wet the plate with Genie-Affinity solution, a pre-wetting agent that can also be used as a fountain solution, and you're ready to print up to 10,000 impressions on your existing offset press with little or no change to your setup.

Instructions: Prep / Wetting Agent

Use Genie-Affinity diluted 50/50 with water. Wet a cotton pad, and wipe the entire surface of the imaged and dried GenieJet plate, being careful not to miss any areas. The plate is now ready for use on your press. Also use Genie-Affinity to wet the plate on the press after any stop.
