Varn® Enviro-Readi is a formulation of antioxidants which apply a protective film against ink on rollers, in fountains or in cans. This is a professional product and will not change the color, consistency or drying speed of any offset or letterpress inks - even when trapping ink on the fourth color. Spray on ink rollers and ink fountain when the press is down for make-ready, lunch break and overnight. Spray to reduce oxidation, as well as roller ends to prevent glaze, friction and cracking. Ink-Readi does
not contain wax.

In the busy environment of a printing press, it's common for ink, especially in an open can, to be exposed to air for extended periods. Varn Ink-Readi is specifically formulated to prevent this process, ensuring that the ink remains fresh and maintains its optimal texture. By using this product, press operators can guarantee that the ink on their press, or in storage, remains in its best condition, leading to consistently high-quality prints. In essence, Varn Ink-Readi acts as a protective barrier, prolonging the life and performance of offset printing inks.

Directions

Use in well ventilated area. Shake container and hold 6” to 8” (250 mm) from ink pan, rollers or ink can. For prolonged protection repeat application.
