Q: Why is the squeegee side of my screen washing away during development?
A: Photopolymer emulsions must cure thoroughly through the entire thickness of the stencil. If the squeegee side washes away, your exposure time is too short to allow the light to fully cross-link the back layer. Increase exposure time using a 21-step sensitivity guide.
Q: Can Textil PV be used with water-based inks?
