Texsource 20" x 24" ECO Frame Replacement Mesh Panels
Engineered for the Texsource ECO Frame modular stretching system, these durable replacement mesh panels feature monofilament polyester threads woven directly into a heavy-duty composite locking strip. Designed to replace messy adhesives entirely, these collapsible panels lock into 20" x 24" ECO Frames in under two minutes, meeting or exceeding standard factory tension specifications with exceptional resistance to popping or tearing on press.
Engineering & Pressroom Advantages of ECO Mesh Panels
20" x 24" Mesh Panel Option Selector & Application Guide
| Mesh Count (TPI) | Mesh Color | Target Ink Chemistry & Application | Deposit & Pressroom Characteristics |
|---|---|---|---|
| 110 Mesh | White | Most Popular for White & Light Colors | Heavy deposit for athletic prints, fleece, and direct dark cotton coverage. |
| 125 Mesh | White | High-Opacity Underbases & Viscous Plastisols | Moderate-to-heavy laydown with improved line definition over 110 mesh. |
| 160 Mesh | White | Most Popular for Black & Detail Spot Colors | Pressroom standard for crisp typography, reduced ink consumption, and softer hand feel. |
| 180 Mesh | White / Gold | Medium Detail Plastisol & Soft-Hand Underbases | Smooth surface finish with controlled laydown for retail fashion prints. |
| 200 – 230 Mesh | Gold | Water-Based, Discharge, Fine Lines & Reduced Plastisol | Yellow threads prevent light scatter under exposure, retaining fine line integrity. |
| 280, 305 & 355 Mesh | Gold | CMYK Process, 45–65 LPI Halftones & Solvent / UV | Ultra-thin ink deposits prevent dot gain and tonal bridging across process prints. |
Quick Installation & Release Guidelines
Center the four locking strips on the frame edges. Fold the panel edge once “away” from the frame before inserting into the channel to protect stitched mesh.
Press panel edges into the channel with fingers. Check top frame surface for debris or wrinkles before applying tension.
Insert the stretching tool hook into the channel and rest into the pivot groove. Pull back until the strip clicks flat to the frame face.
To change mesh counts, use the reverse side of the tool. Pull back until the strip snaps out with two clicks, release tension, and lift out.
