These heavy-duty replacement mesh panels integrate monofilament polyester threads directly into precision polymer locking strips—eliminating glue failure and caustic reclaim breakdown. Swap mesh counts (110 to 355 tpi) in under two minutes right on the shop floor while maintaining exceptional tension stability and tear resistance under continuous automatic squeegee pressure.

Quick Installation & Release Guidelines
Center the four locking strips on the frame edges. Fold the panel edge once “away” from the frame before inserting into the channel to protect stitched mesh.
Press panel edges into the channel with fingers. Check top frame surface for debris or wrinkles before applying tension.
Insert the stretching tool hook into the channel and rest into the pivot groove. Pull back until the strip clicks flat to the frame face.
To change mesh counts, use the reverse side of the tool. Pull back until the strip snaps out with two clicks, release tension, and lift out.
